RaftingRafting is one of extreme kinds of sport, becomed popular at the mid 1980’s. In rafting a raft (inflatable boat) is utilizing to navigate a river. Usually it is done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water. Rafts are usually propelled with ordinary paddles and usialy hold 4 to 12 persons.

Birding trips in PeruPeru – is the birdiest country in the world. Over 1800 species of birds live there, more than 80% of them all time residents. Among them are exotic hummingbirds (118 species),  colorful cotingas (33 species),  enigmatic antbirds (142 species). Peru is taking the second place in Brazil in number of endemic birds. Peru is land of contrasts and has unique climate and rich history of human cultures. The main bird-regions of Peru are – the Coast, the Andes, the Yangeas, Amazonia, the Ocean.

The Coast region stretches from the border with Ecuador south to the department of a Libertad.

This part of Peru called the Tumbesian region, one of the most important endemic bird-centers in the world, holds  54 range-restricted bird species. Among them: White-winged Guan, Tumbes Tyrant, Rufous Flycatcher, Peruvian Plantcutter, Ecuadorean Piculet, Short-tailed Woodstar, Henna-hooded Foliage-gleaner, Watkin’s Antpitta, Pacific Elaenia, Ochraceous Attila, White-tailed Jay, Peruvian Swallow, Tumbes Sparrow, Sulphur-throated Finch.
